Job Description

As a Production Planner, you'll be responsible for planning and scheduling customer orders using MRP/ERP systems to maximise production efficiency and ensure on-time delivery. The Production Planner will manage production schedules, capacity planning, material availability and manufacturing priorities while working closely with production, purchasing, warehousing and customer service. You'll also support ERP development, maintain BOMs and routing data, contribute to lean manufacturing projects and help drive continuous improvement across the business. This Production Planner role offers genuine variety and the opportunity to make a measurable impact.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Production Planner or within manufacturing planning (minimum three years)
  • Strong MRP/ERP systems experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of production scheduling, capacity planning and supply chain processes
  • Analytical, organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
