The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Report directly to the CEO
- Lead the Maritime business strategy, market growth, and client engagement.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
- Drive business development, proposals, and commercial performance.
- Oversee the successful delivery of maritime projects, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.
- Strengthen relationships with government agencies, port authorities, developers, and industry partners.
- Champion transformation through digital innovation in engineering, AI, BIM, and sustainable practices.
- Promote the company's commitment to Enhancing Society Together through resilient and sustainable solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Coastal, Structural, Geotechnical, Ocean, Port, Mechanical, Naval Architecture, Transport Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Around 15+ years of experience in maritime infrastructure or engineering consultancy, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven success in business development, client management, and project delivery.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership in digital transformation, BIM, GIS, and AI-enabled engineering.
- Professional fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Chartered or Professional Engineer registration is an advantage.
