Licensed Beds: 25
Average Daily Census: 9
Position (needing coverage): Interim RPH
What skills are required: Inpatient RPh
Is specific state licensure required? New Mexico
Dates of Coverage needed: 8/1/26 start – until a perm is hired – likely 3+ months
Coverage Hours needed: 40 hours/week, M-F, day shift (7a-4pm or similar)
Will this person need to take on-call? Yes, potential for afterhours on-call
Order Entry System: Cerner
Site Automation: Pyxis
Site Specialty Areas: Critical Access Hospital
Staff Size: 1 DOP, 2 pharmacists, 2 Technicians
Site Background/History: This is a new contract for CPS, started July 1st
Job Responsibilities: inpatient RPH
Will there be sterile compounding involved, or could sterile compounding potentially be a part of their job function? Yes
Nearest Airport: Farmington/ ABQ / Phoenix
Dress Code: Business Casual
