We are seeking an experienced Advisor (Program Performance) to support the delivery of complex programs through strong governance, reporting, and program controls.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring programs are well-coordinated, compliant, and delivering outcomes on time, while providing high-quality insights to support decision-making at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare governance materials including agendas, briefing papers, and reports
- Coordinate steering committees and governance forums
- Record and track actions, risks, issues, and escalations
- Maintain and update risk, issue, and dependency registers
- Support program reporting and performance tracking
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of program data
- Assist with change control processes and documentation
- Support audit readiness and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment across programs and regions
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with experience supporting program or project delivery in a governance or PMO environment.
You will bring:
- Experience in program/project coordination, governance, or reporting
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting)
- Strong PowerPoint skills (executive reporting)
- Experience with program/project systems, dashboards, or SharePoint
- Familiarity with RAID registers and program controls
