You'll receive Service customers, keep them updated during their vehicle maintenance and repairs, help with quotes & timelines and keep the workflow smooth between workshop and front desk.
Key responsibilities:
- Accurately assess and document customer facing requirements
- Provide quotes, timelines, and clear communication on service progress
- Liaise with technicians and parts department to ensure timely workflow
- Upsell services and repairs where appropriate
- Maintain accurate records in our service management system
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Have experience in a dealership or service advisor role
- Know your way around vehicles and service systems
- Are people with great communication skills
- Are super organized and love a fast-paced environment
- Stable Full-time role in a reputable Dealership
