About the Organisation:
Our client is a highly regarded, corporate organisation operating within a complex and regulated environment. With a strong people-focused culture, the organisation is committed to delivering exceptional experiences for its customers, employees, and stakeholders. Known for its collaborative and approachable leadership team, the business combines the professionalism and governance of a larger corporate with the agility, accessibility, and close-knit culture of a mid-sized organisation.
The organisation is currently experiencing elevated recruitment activity within their business areas, and it is now investing in additional Talent Acquisition capability to support its workforce planning priorities.
About the Role:
This is a newly created, initial 6-month contract well suited to a hands-on, experienced in-house recruiter who is looking to join a collaborative People and Culture team. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, you will take ownership of a broad portfolio of vacancies and manage the recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to onboarding.
Working closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and key stakeholders across the business, you will manage multiple concurrent recruitment processes while ensuring a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
The role will recruit across the organisation with some volume hiring within a project capacity, spanning operational through to senior leadership positions.
About You:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded organisation at a time of significant hiring activity where your contribution will have an immediate and visible impact. You will work closely with senior leaders, manage an interesting and diverse recruitment portfolio, and play a key role in helping the organisation attract outstanding talent.
If you enjoy operating in a hands-on Talent Acquisition role, partnering closely with stakeholders and delivering quality recruitment outcomes within a supportive and people-focused culture, this opportunity offers both challenge and reward.
This is an immediate start; however, candidates with notice periods will also be considered.
