Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading Tier 3 commercial builder on a $10M multi-storey community project north of the river.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality commercial projects, a healthy work-life balance, and an impressive pipeline of work across Perth.

The project is a 12-month new-build development, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a significant project from construction through to completion.

Their upcoming projects span a range of sectors, including:

• Community facilities
• Sporting facilities
• Aged-Care
• Education 

With multiple projects commencing across central Perth locations, they are looking to strengthen their site-based team with experienced construction professionals.

The Role As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage all onsite resources, including subcontractors, trades, staff and equipment
• Drive the safe, efficient and effective delivery of the project
• Manage project outcomes across time, cost, quality, safety and stakeholder relationships
• Lead, mentor and develop site teams to achieve their full potential
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, clients and other key stakeholders
• Supervise and coordinate all site activities and labour
• Ensure effective planning, programming and communication across the project
• Maintain high standards of site safety, quality and compliance

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience working for a head contractor
• Previous experience delivering commercial new-build projects
• A proven track record as a Site Manager on construction projects in Perth
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing subcontractors, trades and site teams
• The ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
• A strong understanding of WA health and safety legislation and site compliance requirements
• A professional, proactive and solutions-focused approach to project delivery
