Site Manager

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established commercial construction business on a $15M new build project.
  
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager who enjoys working on quality projects, takes pride in delivering a high standard of construction, and wants to be part of a well-resourced and supportive project team.

The Role:
 
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing all site-based construction activities from commencement through to completion
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers
• Managing site safety, quality and environmental requirements
• Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with project plans, specifications and programme
• Monitoring project progress and driving programme outcomes
• Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team
• Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders
• Identifying and resolving issues on site
• Maintaining a high standard of site presentation, quality and workmanship

About You:
  
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong commercial construction background and a proven ability to successfully deliver projects of a similar scale.

You will ideally have:

• Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
• Experience delivering new build projects
• Strong subcontractor and site management skills
• Excellent understanding of construction programmes, safety and quality
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain project momentum
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Relevant construction qualifications and site-based experience
