Facilities Maintenance- 3rd shift

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (to include but not limited to):
Equipment management and repair
Strong documentation of repairs
Communication across all shifts to technical team
Work with production team to complete basic equipment / PLC / process improvements
Team development / design of equipment to support assembly operations.
Responsible for monitoring and improving current processes and equipment.
Identifying and troubleshooting process, electrical and mechanical issues for production departments.
Utilize web-based software to monitor equipment status to ensure optimal system performance and uptime.
Maintain an organized inventory of equipment parts to minimize downtime and ensure timely repairs.
Assist in defining company strategies for all automation / equipment related projects
Supporting various associates - contractors during repairs / projects.
Documenting Requirements / scopes of work for capital projects and strategies

Support leadership with other assigned duties and tasks
PERIODIC JOB FUNCTIONS
Occasionally support department and company through adjusted work hours as required
Some travel and overtime may be required to support equipment and company.
