We're seeking an experienced Level 2 Site Support Technician to join a busy mining operation supporting critical onsite IT services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on IT professional looking for a FIFO-style role with a strong work-life balance and all site-related expenses covered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 desktop and onsite technical support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and user issues
  • Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Assist with infrastructure and site technology support
  • Escalate and coordinate complex technical issues when required
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and support tickets
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to onsite personnel

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Level 2 IT Support, Desktop Support, or Site Support role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking
  • Ability to work independently in a remote site environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current driver's licence preferred
