Our client is a US‑based MNC with a strong global presence. They are currently seeking an Accountant to join their Hong Kong office. This role will oversee financial reporting responsibilities for APAC entities.

Job Duties
Prepare journal entries and monthly financial statements, and oversee month‑end closing activities
Compile monthly balance sheet schedules and income statement analyses, delivering financial insights to support management decision‑making
Support the annual audit process and related documentation
Liaise with business operations teams and manage daily claim and dispute‑related matters
Work closely with outsourced tax consultants on monthly, quarterly, and annual tax compliance
Handle ad‑hoc analysis, reporting, and other accounting‑related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPAA, HKICPA, ACCA, or other equivalent professional qualifications are preferred
At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, audit, and/or commercial environments; exposure to tax is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus
