HRBP

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the team in New York City for a hybrid role (4 days in-office, 1 day remote). This is a full-time permanent position starting immediately.

Job Duties Include:

• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support across recruitment, employee onboarding, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR administrative projects.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, performance reviews, compensation planning, and internal mobility.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while leveraging HR data, reporting, and analytics to support business decisions and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Business Partner or Generalist experience supporting retail & corporate recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and leadership coaching.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, HR best practices, and experience managing sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with leaders, influence stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite required.

Salary: $90K - $100K + Bonus
