Your opportunity:
This state-of the-art regional hospital is in a sunny coastal location only an hour and 20 minutes flight from Brisbane. Our client is looking for a Psychiatrist – General Adult Staff Specialist or Senior Staff Specialist:
- To provide an advanced standard of clinical care through the provision of assessment and treatment services to individuals presenting with psychiatric, alcohol and other drug, emotional and/or behavioural disturbances to facilities within the Hospital and Health Service, including those being treated under the Mental Health Act (2016).
- To support ongoing education within the mental health service through the supervision and teaching of junior medical staff and medical students.
- Roles in both inpatient and community services are available, either separately or integrated.
Salary Information:
- L18 – L24: Total remuneration value up to $470,780, with a salary between $204,206 - $237,196.
- L25 - L27: Total remuneration value up to $514,452, with a salary between $244,201 - $258,910.

- 17.5% leave loading for 4 weeks leave

All candidates must be able to provide the following:
- Current Criminal Record Screening Clearance (within 12 months)
- Medical Indemnity Insurance details
- Holds AHPRA registration with Psychiatry or be eligible for registration with our support
