WHERE IT IS LOCATED

On-site five days per week in Charlotte, NC.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
-
Serve as a key point of contact for hotels, athletes, teams, and families, providing responsive and professional support throughout the event and booking process.

Coordinate hotel and event details, including following up on room-list cutoff compliance and confirming information with hotel partners.

Assist with reservations, modifications, and event-related questions.
-
Support event building and maintenance within the company’s booking platform.

Upload and organize hotel contracts and related information.
-
Communicate with hotel partners to confirm information and help keep upcoming events on track.

Support the team during its busy season by balancing customer service, event coordination, reservations, and administrative responsibilities.
A BACKGROUND THAT FITS
-
Previous customer support experience, particularly within hospitality or another customer-facing environment.
-
Experience or familiarity with hotels, travel, events, athletes, teams, or related customer interactions.
-
Early-career candidates with substantial travel-sports experience will also be considered.
-
Polished and charismatic communicator who is comfortable speaking with hotels, athletes, teams, and families.
-
Comfortable handling event-related questions, reservations, modifications, and follow-up communication.
-
Dependable, organized, and enjoyable to speak with, with the ability to provide a strong customer experience.
-
Hospitality support or travel-sports experience is preferred, but candidates with strong communication skills and dependability will also be considered.
