Role Title: Warehouse Operator
Working arrangements: On-site position Monday to Friday
Reporting to: Warehouse Supervisor
We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Operators to join our client’s warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment within an e-commerce and retail organisation
- Previous experience in a warehouse pick packing role
- Proven experience using RF scanning equipment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners
- Pack orders to company standards, ensuring products are protected during transit
- Check picked items against order requirements for accuracy
- Label and prepare orders for dispatch
- Replenish stock into picking locations as required
- Assist with receiving and put-away of inbound stock
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Report stock discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
