Senior Full Stack & GenAI Developer

Overview

Client is seeking a Senior Full Stack and GenAI Developer to build enterprise-grade applications from concept through production. This role requires strong hands-on full stack development experience, advanced Python skills, modern frontend development, GCP cloud engineering, infrastructure-as-code, and practical experience integrating GenAI and agentic AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

Core Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs, system architectures, and data flow diagrams.
• Build proof-of-concept solutions to validate feasibility, demonstrate value, and support stakeholder buy-in.
• Own end-to-end application development across backend services, frontend interfaces, APIs, infrastructure-as-code, deployment pipelines, and production delivery.
• Design and optimize data-heavy applications that handle large-scale datasets with low latency and high reliability.
• Build and maintain integrations across identity providers, internal APIs, and shared enterprise services.
• Use GenAI-assisted coding tools and agentic AI frameworks to accelerate development while maintaining code quality and modern engineering practices.
• Architect and build multi-agent systems, including agent roles, tool integrations, orchestration patterns, and memory strategies.
• Support enterprise production readiness processes, including ServiceNow change records, infrastructure coordination, security reviews, platform integration, and production deployment.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

• 7 years of professional hands-on software development experience.
• At least 5 years of full stack development experience.
• Advanced Python experience, including Flask and FastAPI.
• JavaScript and TypeScript experience with React, Next.js, or modern frontend frameworks.
• HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS or equivalent utility-first CSS framework experience.
• RESTful API design experience.
• Hands-on GCP experience, including Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Cloud IAM, VPC, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Gemini, Google ADK, and APIGEE.
• Terraform experience for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure.
• GitLab repository management, branching strategies, and GitLab CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Experience with container orchestration, deployment automation, and environment promotion workflows.
• SQL proficiency across large-scale analytical and transactional databases.
• Experience designing high-performance, data-intensive applications.
• Experience with data pipeline design, query tuning, caching strategies, and async processing.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as Google Agent Development Kit, LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent.
• Experience designing and managing multi-agent AI systems.
• Experience integrating GenAI capabilities through Vertex AI, OpenAI APIs, or similar platforms.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Google Code Assist, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with Active Directory group management, RBAC patterns, SSO, and Okta integration.
• ServiceNow experience submitting change requests, service requests, and coordinating production approvals.
• Experience navigating enterprise change management, production governance, and release coordination.

Preferred Skills or Experience

• Experience building and shipping enterprise-grade applications from scratch.
• Experience working within large financial institutions or similarly regulated industries.
• Experience collaborating across cloud, networking, DevOps, infrastructure, security, data, and business teams.
• Track record of independently driving technical initiatives from concept through production.
