The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position will be responsible for managing bookkeeping and financial administration functions for a portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure accurate financial records and high-quality service delivery.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position will be responsible for managing bookkeeping and financial administration functions for a portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure accurate financial records and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end bookkeeping for a range of clients
- Preparation and lodgement of BAS and IAS
- Accounts payable and receivable management
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting
- Preparation of financial reports
- Responding to client enquiries and providing ongoing support
- General administrative duties as required
- Previous bookkeeping experience in a public practice, bookkeeping firm, or similar environment
- Strong working knowledge of Xero
- Sound understanding of GST and compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Work arrangement: Hybrid – work from home on Mondays, and in the office Tuesday to Friday.
