- Full- or part-time Enterprise Float opportunity
- Support EDs, hospital services, clinics, and a walk-in clinic across the enterprise
- Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care APP experience required
- Sole coverage in one rural ED with Avera tele-support currently in place
- ED volume averages ~3–4 patient encounters per shift
- Average ED acuity of 3.5 on the 1–5 ESI scale
- Support hospitalist team with inpatient, swing bed, and observation care as needed
- Provide consistent, flexible ED and walk-in clinic coverage
- EPIC EMR
- Work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications:
- NP or PA-C from an accredited institution
- Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care APP experience
- ACLS certification
- Active Minnesota medical license and DEA upon hire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits and Compensation:
- Guaranteed base salary starting at $150K annually for the first 2 years
- Additional earning potential based on production hours worked (wRVUs)
