With a strong focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement, the organisation is now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a fast-paced logistics and operations environment, partnering closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to help drive the next stage of growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the senior leadership team, this is a hands-on role suited to a commercially minded people leader who thrives in an operational setting. You’ll enjoy being close to warehouse, distribution and frontline teams, building leadership capability and translating people strategy into practical, on-the-ground outcomes.
The opportunity
This is a broad, end-to-end role supporting logistics, supply chain and corporate teams. You will lead people and culture initiatives that ensure the business has the workforce capability, structure and support required to deliver its operational and commercial objectives.
Working closely with operational leaders, you’ll provide practical HR leadership across workforce planning, employee relations, leadership capability and compliance, while embedding a high-performance, safety-led culture grounded in accountability and efficiency.
