About the Role:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that propel our business forward.

Responsibilities:

• Market Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute robust marketing strategies through comprehensive market and competitive analysis.

• Customer Insights: Conduct internal and external market assessments alongside sales representatives, leveraging customer visits, market research, and KOL interactions.

• Financial Planning: Manage budgets and forecast sales based on funnel management to support annual strategic review planning.

• Marketing Communications: Plan and execute activities such as trade shows, seminars, and sales aid materials to enhance market presence.

• Sales Enablement: Work with clinical specialists to enhance sales team capabilities through effective training and deployment of clinical expertise.

• KOL Management: Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to drive product advocacy and market influence.

• Product Lifecycle Management: Lead new product launches and ensure effective product lifecycle planning.

• Supply Chain Oversight: Collaborate on supply and inventory planning to ensure sustainable supply management.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in basic healthcare marketing with a track record in strategic planning and execution.

• Mindset: A proactive approach with a strong ownership mentality and comfort in diverse work environments.

• Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Language: Native Japanese proficiency; conversational English skills preferred.

• Education: Clinical educational background (e.g., Pharmacist) is advantageous.
