Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely IT support, including basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain end-user equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, smartphones) and AV systems.
- Serve as a second-level technical resource, resolving customer issues and logging details in ServiceNow.
- Escalate complex problems and collaborate with senior team members when necessary.
- Support software installations and updates, including Microsoft 365, and manage device assets.
- Contribute to documentation in ServiceNow and participate in IS projects.
- Provide A/V and collaboration technology support for live events, including setup and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic background.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical support or service desk, preferably within a law firm, professional services firm or financial services setting.
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese are required to support and communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking users, stakeholders, and business counterparts.
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Professional, discreet, and a strong team player with a proactive mindset.
