sophie completely SOP for that person to come in 
element HR that they will be helping with onbaoridng an doffbaoring

collaboration with all department heads and advisory in sydney and Melbourne 
ops, compliance, vendors 
assisting several businesses 

communication and coorindator with vendors

1:1 relationship
