This is a hands-on, commercially focused HR Business Partner opportunity supporting the business across ANZ and key corporate functions in Australia. You’ll work side-by-side with leaders to solve people challenges, strengthen leadership capability, and deliver practical initiatives that improve performance and engagement.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, commercially focused HR Business Partner opportunity supporting the business across ANZ and key corporate functions in Australia. You’ll work side-by-side with leaders to solve people challenges, strengthen leadership capability, and deliver practical initiatives that improve performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to translate business plans into clear people priorities and actionable HR initiatives
- Coach and support leaders on team performance, leadership effectiveness, and day-to-day people decisions
- Lead talent and succession conversations, identify capability gaps, and drive development actions that stick
- Support organisational changes (structure, role design, ways of working) and help leaders navigate change well
- Use insights and data (turnover, engagement, performance trends) to identify risks/opportunities and guide decisions
- Deliver the annual people rhythms including performance cycles, remuneration reviews, salary benchmarking and job evaluation support
- Provide high-quality employee relations support, including complex case management, investigations (where required), and risk-aware advice
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support hiring plans and improve recruitment outcomes and candidate experience
- Contribute to culture and engagement initiatives that strengthen retention and team connection
- Proven experience operating in a true HR Business Partner role (or senior generalist role with strong partnering depth)
- Confidence influencing leaders and building credibility quickly in a busy, changing environment
- Solid grounding across performance, ER/IR, change, talent, and reward processes
- A practical, solutions-focused style with sound judgement and strong attention to detail
- Comfort working with HR metrics and using insights to guide actions
- Experience in large complex multi-stakeholder environments will be well regarded
- A genuine business-partnering role with exposure to senior leaders and meaningful influence on outcomes
- Broad scope across ANZ, with variety across operational and strategic work
