FRS Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Van Driver on an ad hoc basis for our client based in Birr, Co. Offaly.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of goods nationwide, ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving a 3-pallet van for nationwide deliveries
- Loading and unloading goods
- Completing deliveries in a safe and professional manner
- Ensuring all delivery paperwork is completed accurately
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
- Carrying out vehicle checks and maintaining a high standard of vehicle cleanliness
Requirements:
- Previous van driving/delivery experience is essential
- Experience delivering retail goods is an advantage
- Full, clean driving licence
- Good knowledge of Irish roads and nationwide locations
- Reliable, punctual and flexible
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
