Specific Duties & Responsibilities Admin Duties: · Answering telephone and updating call records. · Creation of computerised sales orders. · Co-ordinate shipment and logistics. · Preparing, loading and dispatching orders for customers. · Maintain the store in a safe and proper condition in line with health and safety · Record all transactions on the IT stock control system. · Completion of regular stocktakes and reconciling balances to the stock system. · Issue sales documents. · Dealing with cash, cheques, and debit / credit card receipts. · Credit control calls Sales & Marketing: · Responding to customer enquiries. · Farm calls for requirement assessment. · Event preparation and attendance.
