Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (1st shift) Laborer Job Duties:
- Load and unload carpet rolls and related materials from trucks
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery/customer pickup
- Cut/measure carpet (as needed) and assist with packaging/wrapping
- Organize inventory and keep aisles/warehouse areas clean and safe
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming shipments
- Follow safety procedures and use proper lifting techniques
Laborer Experience Required:
- Prior warehouse/labor experience preferred (will train the right person)
- Able to lift and move heavy materials (carpet rolls can be 50+ lbs)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality (steady schedule, weekday shift)
- Comfortable working on your feet and doing repetitive physical tasks
- Team-oriented with a positive, “jump in and help” attitude
Work Environment
- Warehouse setting with frequent lifting, bending, pushing/pulling
- Fast-paced operation focused on accuracy and safety
