Key Responsibilities:
- Answering emails and managing admin tasks related to spare parts for commercial hospitality equipment
- Helping customers at the service desk, answering questions, and assisting with parts collections
- Keeping organised records of stock and customer interactions
- Supporting team members to keep the daily operations running smoothly

What You Bring:
- Previous experience in administration or customer service
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Some knowledge of commercial hospitality equipment/spare parts is a plus but not essential
- Competitive salary of $70K plus super
