Jade Tree Enterprises is seeking a personable and dependable Sales Representative to manage an established territory across Brisbane and Regional Queensland.
This is a relationship-led sales role focused on supporting existing retail customers, identifying opportunities to expand product ranges and ensuring stock is displayed and merchandised effectively. You will have the autonomy to plan your schedule, manage store visits and become a trusted point of contact for customers throughout the territory.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and retail teams.
- Visiting customer locations throughout the Queensland territory.
- Presenting products and identifying opportunities to improve ranging and visibility.
- Completing merchandising activities and maintaining strong presentation standards.
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries, stock requests and operational issues.
- Planning travel, appointments and store visits across a broad geographic area.
- Maintaining accurate customer information, schedules and activity records.
- Sharing customer feedback and emerging opportunities with the broader team.
- Working closely with warehouse and sales teams to deliver responsive customer service.
About you:
You are a confident and approachable professional who enjoys developing genuine customer relationships and taking ownership of your work. You are comfortable operating independently, managing a varied travel schedule and representing a business professionally across multiple customer locations.
Rather than relying on a hard-sales approach, you understand how to identify opportunities by listening to customers, understanding their stores and providing practical solutions. You are organised, responsive and able to balance customer expectations with business priorities.
You will also have:
- Experience in sales, account management, merchandising, retail or customer service.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Clear and confident verbal communication skills.
- The ability to establish credibility with store managers and retail teams.
- Strong planning, time-management and organisational capabilities.
- The confidence to manage a large territory with limited supervision.
- Sound judgement and a practical approach to resolving customer concerns.
- The ability to recognise opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Confidence using email, Microsoft Excel, digital calendars and general business systems.
- A positive, reliable and service-focused approach.
- Experience within retail, FMCG, wholesale or merchandising, although this is not essential.
- Willingness to undertake regular travel, including monthly regional or overnight trips.
- A current unrestricted driver’s licence and full Australian working rights.
- Company van with reasonable personal use.
- Mobile phone provided.
