Assembly Operator
1st Shift | Manufacturing Opportunity

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working with your hands? We are seeking Assembly Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble small electro-mechanical products using hand tools while following detailed work instructions to ensure high-quality finished products.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, production, electronics, or mechanical experience. Training is available for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble electro-mechanical devices and components according to written instructions and specifications
• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, tweezers, and electric screwdrivers
• Work with small parts requiring precision and attention to detail
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
• Identify and report defects or issues during the assembly process
• Complete required production and inspection documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and cleanroom requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or mechanical experience preferred
• Ability to work with small components and perform detailed work
• Comfortable using hand tools and small powered equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Soldering experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn new skills and participate in training as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to distinguish between colors for assembly and inspection purposes
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required protective equipment
