ABOUT OUR CLIENT
A household name in Australian commercial contracting, with operations spanning infrastructure, facilities management and construction from one end of the country to the other. With a geographically distributed workforce and a complex operational environment, the business is actively investing in its technology capability, building smarter, more connected systems to support how its people work in the field and across the business.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is on a mission to eliminate the manual, the repetitive and the inefficient and this role sits at the centre of it. As Business Systems Analyst, you’ll embed yourself in the business, understand how teams actually work, and build smarter. That might mean replacing a paper-based field process with a mobile app that feeds directly into the CRM. It might mean automating a workflow that currently lives in someone’s inbox, or identifying where AI can remove friction from a process entirely.
This is not a pure support role and it’s not a pure BA role. It sits squarely in the middle someone who understands systems, earns the trust of operational teams, and has the capability to turn insight into real solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics CRM and emerging AI tooling.
