Position Summary

 Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Associate Manufacturing Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Marana, AZ. In this role, you will operate automated manufacturing equipment, assemble products according to established procedures, and ensure quality standards are met in a regulated production environment. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to work instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
• Operate automated manufacturing equipment, including setup, operation, monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and cleaning.
• Perform equipment and process checks to ensure efficient production.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintain production efficiency while meeting daily production goals.
• Safely operate production tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Report equipment issues, production concerns, or quality defects to supervisors.
• Cross-train and perform duties at multiple production stations as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred, but not required.
• 1–5 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Experience operating automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn multiple production processes through cross-training.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Overtime Requirements

• Must be available to work 5–10 hours of overtime per week, as needed.
• Must be willing to work up to two Saturdays per month based on production demands.
