CSA Construction Manager

CSA Construction Manager 

SilverBack is looking for an experienced CSA Site Manager to join a high-profile construction project delivering complex engineering and fit-out works across mission-critical sectors such as data centres, advanced technology, and life sciences.

This is a contract role offering an excellent package, including rotational work patterns, accommodation, company vehicle, and flights covered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations for CSA fit-out packages.
• Oversee site safety, quality assurance, and compliance in collaboration with project and EHS teams.
• Coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress against schedules, and manage manpower levels.
• Support project delivery by tracking costs, materials, plant, and equipment.
• Attend and contribute to site meetings, planning sessions, engineering reviews, and coordination meetings.
• Manage QA/QC processes, snagging, punch lists, and package close-out activities.
• Maintain weekly progress reports, project schedules, and look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate material deliveries in line with project timelines.
• Ensure strong collaboration across trades, package leads, and subcontractors.
• Support final handover documentation including safety files, QA files, O&M manuals, and project close-out deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in site management, CSA installation, or supervision.
• Strong background in construction management and project delivery.
• Professional qualification in Construction Management or related discipline.
• Good technical knowledge of CSA systems and fit-out works.
• Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and site coordination.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Professional certifications are desirable.
