A growing regional cancer program in Southeastern Illinois is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive cancer care across two practice locations.


Position Highlights:
  • Full-time Hematology/Oncology opportunity
  • Split schedule: 3 days per week at the primary practice location and 2 days per week at a nearby satellite clinic
  • Training and interest in both Hematology and Oncology required
  • New graduates welcome with dedicated mentorship
  • Experienced physicians may pursue academic and research opportunities
  • Collaborate with medical oncology, radiation oncology, gynecologic oncology, breast surgery, genetics, and nutrition specialists
  • Participate in weekly disease-specific multidisciplinary tumor boards
  • Access to an established breast cancer program with nationally recognized accreditations
  • Opportunity to participate in clinical research through a nationally supported oncology research network with 100+ active cancer clinical trials
  • Integrated healthcare system with strong surgical and radiation oncology support


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation: $625K–$700K
