Plant Controller

THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

• A finance function being built from scratch at a brand new manufacturing site
• Part of an established manufacturer expanding into a new product line and a new market
• Reports to a Senior Director of Finance, with close collaboration across R&D, plant leadership, and the broader site team
• Organization actively scaling, with significant growth planned over the next several years

LOCATION

• Southern Virginia, primarily onsite
• Initial training based at another company location

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Proven controller experience, not someone growing into the role
• ERP implementation experience preferred, expert user experience considered
• Experience building a finance team from the ground up
• Comfortable owning inventory, costing, and manufacturing accounting
• Public accounting, tax, CPA, or CMA are all a plus, none required
• Driven and ready to take on a role that grows in scope as the business grows
