Assembly – Production Associate

Location: Elyria, OH Position: Couplings Assembly / General Production Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $16.00/hour

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $17.00/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team in Elyria, Ohio, as Couplings Assembly Associates. This position involves assembling plastic couplings and conduit components in a fast-paced production environment. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble plastic couplings and conduit components according to production specifications.

• Use basic hand tools and measuring tapes to ensure proper assembly.

• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.

• Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment or storage.

• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

• Perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.

• Assist with additional general production duties as needed.

Job Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to use a tape measure and basic hand tools.

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.

• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and physical tasks.

• Must be able to understand and follow instructions in English for safety purposes.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Dress Code & Safety Requirements

• Steel-toe shoes are required.

• Jeans or appropriate work pants must be worn.

• No ripped jeans, sweatpants, or pajama pants.
