Talent Acquisition Lead

Monroe Consulting Group, an executive search firm, is recruiting on behalf of a digital gaming and entertainment company. Our client is seeking a TA Lead responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment across key business functions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, business-oriented recruiter with strong ownership, execution capability, and a data-driven approach. This is a full onsite role, with the office located in BGC, Taguig.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
• Drive hiring delivery, candidate quality, and recruitment timelines.

• Build talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, market mapping, and agency partnerships.
• Work closely with external recruitment agencies and manage vendor performance.
• Support hard-to-fill and urgent hiring requirements with practical recruitment solutions.

Recruitment Analytics & Process Optimization

• Track recruitment funnel performance, hiring metrics, and dashboard insights.
• Identify recruitment gaps and improve conversion efficiency.
• Support continuous optimization of recruitment process and coordination workflow.

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

• Ensure strong stakeholder communication and alignment throughout the recruitment process.
• Deliver positive candidate experience and maintain recruitment professionalism.
• Support onboarding coordination and hiring transition when needed.

Key job qualifications include: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
• Experience from international recruitment / executive search firms and in-house recruitment environments.
• Experience in internet / tech / fast-paced companies preferred.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience across different functions.
• Hands-on sourcing and recruitment execution capability.
• Familiar with recruitment funnel analysis, hiring metrics, and dashboard tracking.
• Experience working with and managing recruitment agencies.
