We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive the growth of our client's cybersecurity business across enterprise customers. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and delivering security solutions that address today's evolving cyber threats. You will work closely with technical specialists and technology partners to develop solution strategies and support customers throughout their digital security journey.
Job Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for enterprise cybersecurity solutions and managed security services.

Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their security challenges and business priorities.

Develop strategic account plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

Promote modern cybersecurity solutions covering endpoint protection, identity and access management, security monitoring, compliance, governance, and endpoint management.

Partner with technical consultants and solution architects to develop tailored security solutions that meet customer requirements.

Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, customer presentations, solution positioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.

Respond to RFPs, coordinate internal resources, and ensure successful delivery throughout the sales engagement.

Work collaboratively with strategic technology partners and internal teams to maximize customer value and business opportunities.

Keep up to date with cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, cloud technologies, and evolving security frameworks to provide trusted advice to customers
Job Requirements

Proven experience in enterprise technology sales, business development, or account management within the IT industry.

Experience selling cybersecurity, cloud security, infrastructure, or enterprise software solutions to large organizations.

Good understanding of modern cybersecurity concepts, including identity management, endpoint security, threat detection, compliance, governance, and Zero Trust principles.

Familiarity with Microsoft security technologies, cloud platforms, or other enterprise security solutions is highly preferred.

Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including IT Directors, CISOs, CIOs, Security Managers, and other business decision-makers.

Strong consultative selling, business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate both business value and technical concepts effectively.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Experience working with global technology vendors or channel partners would be an advantage.
