Davidson is partnering with a respected organisation seeking an experienced Senior HR Consultant to join a high-performing People & Culture team on a project-focused engagement. Working across a portfolio of high-profile people initiatives, you will partner with senior leaders to provide expert advice, lead critical workforce projects, and deliver contemporary people solutions that strengthen organisational capability.

About the Role

As a trusted HR Consultant you will lead and support a range of strategic initiatives, including:

  • Providing strategic HR advice to senior leaders on complex people related matters.
  • Driving psychosocial risk initiatives, supporting compliance with legislative obligations while embedding psychologically safe workplace practices.
  • Reviewing and developing people policies, frameworks and governance.
  • Leading complex workplace relations matters, including enterprise bargaining support, industrial advice, dispute resolution and policy interpretation.
  • Contributing to broader People & Culture projects that improve employee experience and organisational effectiveness.

About You

You are a commercially minded HR professional with strong consulting capability and the confidence to influence at senior levels. You enjoy solving complex people challenges and balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery.

You will bring:

  • Significant experience in senior HR consulting or business partnering roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in workplace relations and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of psychosocial hazards, wellbeing frameworks and contemporary WHS legislation.
  • Experience leading strategic HR projects.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
