With a expanding national footprint combining corporate venues and a thriving franchise network, they are seeking an exceptional Franchise Operations Manager to partner with franchise owners, drive store profitability, and uphold operational excellence across their network.
As Franchise Operations Manager, you will serve as the strategic bridge between executive leadership and franchise partners. This is not a passive compliance audit role—you will be an active commercial coach, operational mentor, and business partner focused on driving top-line revenue, managing prime costs, and maintaining benchmark guest experiences.

As Franchise Operations Manager, you will serve as the strategic bridge between executive leadership and franchise partners. The Candidate:
- Proven experience as an Operations/Area Manager, Franchise Business Manager, or Multi-Site Venue Manager within pubs or venue groups
- Deep understanding of hospitality financials, P&L management, and prime cost controls.
- An influential communicator who knows how to coach, motivate, and partner with business owners effectively.
- Someone who still loves the industry and enjoys being out in the field coaching operators without being tied to rostered venue shifts.
- Monday to Friday schedule—say goodbye to rotating shifts and late-night trade (Candidates must still have open availability for essential trading days/events)
- $100k – $120k + Super + performance bonus incentives.
