IT Application Support Specialist

Our client, a global beauty leader, is seeking an IT Application Support Specialist to join their team in Edison, NJ. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for supporting warehouse technology systems and daily distribution operations, to ensure efficient inventory and order fulfillment activities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily WMS operations and resolve system issues.
• Monitor WMS-ERP integrations and troubleshoot transaction discrepancies.
• Support inventory reconciliation, transaction accuracy, and order processing activities
• Serve as a key resource for system configuration, functionality, and process best practices
• Create user documentation, training materials, and deliver end-user training as needed
• Analyze warehouse workflows and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Generate operational reports and insights related to inventory, productivity, and performance metrics
• Support data imports, exports, system testing, and ongoing application enhancements
• Assist with troubleshooting warehouse technology including scanners, printers, workstations, and related hardware
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to support system performance and ongoing projects
• Maintain documentation, issue tracking, and preventative maintenance processes

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting warehouse management systems, supply chain applications, or distribution technology environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Experience with WMS platforms, inventory management, and warehouse operations processes
• Knowledge of system integrations, data management, and operational workflows within a distribution environment
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting warehouse hardware including RF scanners, printers, and end-user devices preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work onsite five days per week.

Salary: $90k annually
