Senior Retail Marketing Specialist

This is an opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to step into a broad and influential role with a premium automotive brand, working closely with dealers, agency partners and internal stakeholders to bring marketing campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives to life.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager and acting as their 2IC, you'll help drive retail marketing activity across a national dealer network, ensuring a consistent and premium customer experience at every touchpoint. This is a 12 month fixed term contract with full leave entitlements.

About the Role

This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of retail marketing activities across a national dealer network, ensuring the brand is represented to the highest standard across all campaigns, communications, and customer experiences. You will act as a key link between internal marketing teams, external agencies, and dealer stakeholders to help bring marketing initiatives to life.

As the Senior Retail Marketing Specialist, you will be the link between the brand and its dealer network, supporting the delivery of premium marketing initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and enhance brand presence.

You'll enjoy a diverse role that combines dealer engagement, campaign coordination, communications, events, product launches and day-to-day marketing operations within a highly recognised automotive environment.



Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate retail marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand
• Partner with dealers to support local marketing activities, events and customer engagement programs
• Ensure brand consistency across all retail marketing campaigns and customer touchpoints
• Support the planning and execution of vehicle launches, events and cross-functional marketing projects
• Build strong relationships with dealer stakeholders and act as a key marketing contact
• Develop and coordinate dealer communications, campaign updates and marketing resources
• Collaborate with Social & Content, Performance Marketing and agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns
• Assist with campaign reporting, budgeting, administration and marketing operations

About You

• 4-5+ years’ experience in marketing, brand, or retail marketing roles (automotive or premium retail highly regarded)
• Passion for delivering high-quality brand experiences and marketing excellence
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, customer experience, and retail marketing execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-outcome approach
