BUSINESS ANALYST

PAXUS is partnering with a large Queensland Government organisation to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of a range of technology initiatives within a Customer Technology environment.

This is a long term contract opportunity offering excellent work life balance, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to contribute to meaningful digital and business transformation projects.

KEY RRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate workshops and engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements
  • Document business, functional and configuration requirements
  • Develop Business Requirements Specifications and Functional Specifications
  • Analyse current state processes and design future state solutions
  • Manage requirements traceability and stakeholder communications
  • Work closely with delivery teams, technical specialists and external partners to support successful project outcomes

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering technology or digital projects
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience documenting business and functional requirements
  • Strong process mapping and business analysis capabilities
  • Ability to work across both business and technical teams
  • Experience within large and complex organisations
