DUTIES.
- Manage clients and other stakeholders
- Responsible for variations and progress claims
- Conduct Contracts Administration services
- Responsible for measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans and bills of quantities/pre-tender estimates
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- A bachelor’s degree in project management or construction management (Majoring in Quantity Surveying)
- Minimum 2 years’ postgraduate experience in Quantity Surveying
- Exposure to Residential, Commercial, Education and Health projects is benefical
