We are partnering with a Sydney Local Council to recruit a motivated Parking Officer to play a key role in parking enforcement and accurate record-keeping. Reporting to the Coordinator, you will join a supportive and collaborative team environment.

As a parking officer you will actively undertake the business functions associated with parking enforcement activities, record keeping, preparation of evidence, representing Council at legal proceedings and liaising with the community, team members and Council staff.

DUTIES.
- Enforce parking regulations and issue infringements in line with legislation
- Educate the public, respond to queries, and handle difficult interactions professionally
- Provide excellent customer service to the public
- Report other non-related parking matters to Council
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- A Class C Driver's Licence is required
- Strong customer service experience
- Ability to undertake extensive walking patrols
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated
