About the Role:
In this critical role, you will support the delivery of change management activities for a comprehensive ERP upgrade. Your expertise will help ensure smooth stakeholder engagement, effective communication, targeted change strategies, and successful business readiness leading to a seamless SAP S/4HANA transition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with change impact assessments and developing targeted interventions
- Leading stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
- Coordinating and delivering staff training programs and materials
- Supporting business readiness activities and go-live preparations
- Monitoring change adoption, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements
- Collaborating across teams to ensure alignment and effective change delivery
Essential skills and experience:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Change Analyst or in change management roles supporting ERP/EPPM projects
- Strong knowledge of change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s Model, or similar frameworks
- Demonstrated success supporting SAP S/4HANA or equivalent system implementations
- Experience working with government, public sector, or large organizations is highly desirable
- Change management certification (preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
