About the Firm

This multi-partner boutique firm practises across property and commercial law, strata law, commercial litigation, insolvency, employment law and insurance law, with offices in Perth CBD, Bunbury and North Fremantle.

The Role

• Manage files efficiently, including opening and closing matters and maintaining accurate electronic records.
• Prepare, format and amend legal correspondence and court documents, as well as complete online lodgements across relevant portals.
• Provide professional client liaison, diary management support and general administrative assistance as required.

About You

• You will ideally have a minimum of three years’ experience as a Legal Executive Assistant or Legal Secretary, preferably within property.
• You will bring strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• You are proactive, adaptable, able to work independently and enjoy contributing to a supportive team environment.
