Working across multiple initiatives, you will provide centralised coordination across planning, reporting, financial tracking, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in enabling consistent, high-quality delivery practices while ensuring accurate reporting to support informed decision-making at a portfolio and leadership level.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end project support including planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking across multiple IT projects
- Maintain governance artefacts such as status reports, RAID logs, dashboards, and portfolio-level reporting
- Drive financial tracking, including budget monitoring, forecasting, and cost reporting against baselines
- Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment across project teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Support resource and vendor coordination, including onboarding/offboarding and contract administration
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting IT projects, including governance, reporting, and delivery coordination
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, influence, and communicate across diverse groups
- Proven expertise in financial tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and project financial reporting
- Highly developed organisational and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., PPM systems) and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
