What’s on Offer
- 3+ years of experience in BIM coordination within drywall, interiors, or commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of drywall systems, metal framing, ceilings, and interior fit-out packages
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Experience with clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within project teams
- Knowledge of US construction standards and practices preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on large commercial, healthcare, mission critical, or mixed-use projects
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Understanding of prefab and modular construction methods
- Familiarity with Bluebeam and Procore
