Our client is a well-established and growing civil contractor with a strong reputation for delivering quality subdivision and urban infrastructure projects across the Darling Downs.

Due to continued project wins and a healthy pipeline of work, we are seeking Civil Site Managers at Junior, Intermediate and Senior levels to join the team.

Whether you're an experienced Site Supervisor ready to step into site management or a seasoned Site Manager looking for your next challenge, we'd like to hear from you.

The Opportunity - You'll play a key role in delivering civil construction projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring safety, quality, programme and budget objectives are achieved.

Projects include:
  • Residential subdivisions
  • Urban infrastructure
  • Roads and pavements
  • Bulk earthworks
  • Stormwater, sewer and water infrastructure
  • Local government and land development projects
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily site operations and construction activities
  • Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Coordinate project schedules and resources
  • Drive a strong safety culture and ensure WHS compliance
  • Monitor quality, productivity and project performance
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, developers and project stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve site issues to keep projects on track
About You - We're interested in candidates with experience in civil construction who enjoy leading teams and delivering successful projects.

  • A Leading Hand or Foreman ready to step into site management
  • A Site Supervisor looking for greater responsibility
  • An experienced Site Manager seeking a long-term opportunity with a respected contractor
Requirements
  • Civil construction experience
  • Exposure to subdivision and/or urban infrastructure projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Construction White Card
  • Current Driver Licence
  • Ability to interpret civil drawings and specifications
  • Sound understanding of WHS requirements
