Supervisor (DIDO) - 10:4/2:1/5:2

An opportunity has come up for a Civil Supervisor to join a well known Tier 1 Civil Contractor, delivering projects in Western Australia's South West & Peel regions. Our client is known for delivering vital infrastructure projects within the region, whilst encouraging a collaborative working environment, where peoples contributions and perspectives are respected and appreciated. 

With a strong pipeline of work in the region, they are looking to bolster their supervisory team, and are looking for an experienced civil supervisor whose delivered projects compromising of earthworks, roads and drainage components. This role would be a DIDO position on a 5:2, 10:4, or 2:1 basis depending on project requirements. 
  
To Be Successful You Will Have:

• A minimum of three years experienced managing and leading crews within the civil construction industry.
• A strong commitment to managing a safe and productive work site.
• Willing to commit to a DIDO roster, on either a 5:2, 10:4 or 2:1 basis.
• Experience in delivering drainage, road construction and earthworks packages.
• A strong leadership and mentorship approach to supervising.
• Full working rights, and reside in Western Australia.
