The Organisation

The broader team of 12 spans family law, employment, health regulatory, estates and conveyancing. The wills and estates practice is established and active, driven by consistent membership demand. You won't be building from scratch. You'll be stepping into a practice with real momentum.

The Timing
Demand within the membership is strong and ongoing. This role exists because the practice needs a lawyer who can operate with genuine autonomy, manage their own caseload and deliver quality outcomes without needing to be closely supervised. If you're at the stage in your career where you're ready to own your files, this is the environment for it.

The Work Itself
Estate planning for members with real complexity — trusts, blended families, special disability considerations. Administration through difficult and contested situations. Litigation and family provision applications where the stakes are personal as much as financial. Clients who are healthcare professionals navigating something hard, and who need a lawyer who takes that seriously.

3+ years PAE in wills and estates, strong across planning, administration and litigation. You're comfortable owning your files, making sound judgements independently and delivering for clients without being closely managed.
